Cricket Loam

A cricket loam that can take the hard knocks

Bourne Amenity have been supplying clay loam to cricket clubs across the South-East of England for over 15 years.

Our product is a naturally occuring clay loam; sourced from a single site, it is tested annually by the STRI (Sports Turf Research Institute) in compliance with ECB guidelines for club cricket. Please see the Technical Data section on the left or visit the Downloads section for the latest report from the STRI. We can supply our loam in loose loads (up to 29 toone), bulk bags or 20kg sacks.

Produced to ensure an even surface with consistent bounce

We offer three products in our clay loam range, all consisting of naturally occuring loams from Surrey

Premium top-dressing cricket loam

This dressing is the same product but screened through a 5mm screen, with a clay content between 28-32%.

Tennis Loam

We have our own experienced maintenance teams who can help you with the following as part of a Maintenance Package or as a one-off maintenance service.

"We have been using Bourne Amenity for all our bulk product requirements; sands and rootzones, top-soils, pathway materials etc for over 20 years. Their combined knowledge within the Amenity/Horticulture and Agricultural sectors with regard to product knowledge and technical support is second to none and being a family-run business, continuity with regard to customer relations and ongoing communication with people you know and trust is a key asset. This is especially so now, with the current penchant for call centres and lack of “the personal touch”."
