We can deliver anywhere in the UK if required and have even seen our rootzones and topsoil go overseas. We always prefer to use our own fleet of grabs, hiabs and tippers but we have strong relationships with artic hauliers and pallet line companies, so anything is possible.
Can you deliver materials outside of your trading area?
Are you products available in small as well as bulk bags?
We have two bagging facilities, one in Sevenoaks and the other in Leighton Buzzard, where we have the means to bag the vast majority of our products into 25kg bags. These are put onto pallets of 40 and shrink wrapped ready for delivery. See our flexible delivery fleet.
Sinking drain runs are common, how do you counter this?
This can be a common problem, especially in clay soils as they shrink on drying out. We will return free of charge to top them up within 12 months of the work being carried out.
Do you carry Insurance?
We carry public liability insurance to the value of £10m for any one occurrence.
If we have a complaint will you come back and visit again?
We will respond immediately to any complaint about our work. Since we operate within a small trading area we are never very far away from a problem. See our Quality Policy.
How quickly can you arrange a site visit?
Depending on the time of year, we aim to visit any potential site within 2-3 days of the initial enquiry. We think it is important to respond promptly and to visit the site so that we can offer practical solutions to a client’s problems while the problems are fresh in the mind.
Do you offer any guarantees of performance/quality assurances?
While in the case of natural grass pitches it would be impossible to guarantee the outcome of our work (due to uncontrollable weather factors) we have been members of trade bodies such as SAPCA for a number of years and they regularly monitor the work of their members. Alternatively you could always contact one of our testimonial sources for first hand experiences with Bourne Amenity. Managing clients’ expectations is an important part of a site visit. We will not make claims for our work that cannot possibly be achieved nor will we exaggerate potential outcomes.
